Glute workouts routine

As far as I have heard and know glute workouts are a must in some peoples workout routine. If that is the case in your workout routine then I've got you covered. 

In these blogs I've used 10 different glute exercises and worked them into 6 quick and easy workouts


Here are some facts and benifits of physics activity.

- There are three ways your body spends its energy :
1. When you do a workout or physical activity
2. When your body is maintaining body functions like breathing and making your heartbeat
3. When you are digesting your food
- The more intense your workout is the more calories you will burn
- Physical activity can give you the courage to get throw the day
