Leg Workout Routines

It's another Monday which means 'it's fitness blog time'!!

Just a quick summary. I did 4 fitness blogs about different exercises, 
you could do to help strengthen your muscles. In the next few blogs, 
I am sharing workout routines that goes with those exercises. Everything 
will be linked at the end.

Before you start reading this blog. Please note that I am not a professional 
in fitness. I'm only sharing my journey with you.

Here are some facts and benefits about physical activity.

~ Doing a workout has shown to help improve your mood, it also helps to 
   decrease feelings of depression, anxiety and stress.

~ Physical activity and exercise is a great way to help maintain your weight 
   loss.

~ Physical activity can be a great way to clear your mind.
