Arm workout routine _with Cass

Its fitness blog time !! 

Today's fitness blog is all about strengthening 
and building your arm muscles. There are 12
different arm exercises that I have used in 
these 6 workouts

Before you start reading this blog. I just want 
to say that I am not a professional in fitness , 
I am only sharing my fitness journey with you.

Here are some benifits and facts about physical
activity that I want to share with you.

▪︎Being inactive has shown to have a major
factor in weight gain and sometimes in obesity
▪︎Physical activity helps to prevent weight gain
▪︎Physical activity plays a big role when it comes
to anxiety and depression. Being active helps
with it

2min warmup exercise
2min one place jog

10 Fore arm plank reach out
20 Lunges
10 Single leg tricep dips
20 Jumping Jack's
10 Plank tops

10 Fore arm plank reach out
20 Lunges
10 Single leg tricep dips
20 Jumping Jack's
10 Plank tops

10 Side planks
10 Lateral plank walks
10 Shoulder press

Workout 2

2min warmup exercise
2min one place jog

10 Tricep box dips
20 Jumping Jack's
10 Fore arm plank reach outs
20 Squats
10 Incline push-ups

10 Tricep box dips
20 Jumping Jack's
10 Fore arm plank reach outs
20 Squats
10 Incline push-ups

10 Plank up down
10 Basketball shots
10 Lateral plank walks

Workout 3

2min warmup exercise
2min one place jog

10 Plank tops
20 Squats
10 Incline push-ups
20 Lunges
10 Fore arm plank reach out

20 Squats

10 Basketball shots
10 Tricep extensions
10 Side planks

10 Sholder press

2min One place jog

10 Incline push ups
20 Hip raises
10 Push ups
20 Jumping Jack's
10 Single leg Tricep dips

10 Incline push ups
20 Hip raises
10 Push ups
20 Jumping Jack's
10 Single leg Tricep dips
