Upper and Lower ab Workout routine _WithCass

I am Cass 















The last few fitness blogs I did was all
about different types of exercises you can
do to help strengthen the muchels of 
different parts of your body just like squats 
that help to strengthen your legs muscles
and high crunches that help strengthen
your upper abs. I will link all of those
blogs at the end of this blog post.

For my next few fitness blogs I will be
doing workout routines for those exercises.

Before you start reading the blog I just
want to say I am not a Professional in
fitness. I am sharing my fitness journey
with you and the workouts I am doing.

Here are some facts about physics activity.

▪︎Physical activity is define as a
movement that makes your muscles
move and work, it requires your body
to burn calories.
▪︎Physical activity can lead to much
more happier and certainly a more
healthier you.
▪︎One of the most effective motivational
boosts can be when you see your
bodys progress.
