January's workout routine 2020

Hey guys.

Welcome back to my blog.

This is my first workout routine blog for 
the new year and I can't wait to start doing 
these workouts.

On my blog you will see that there is a 6 
week beginner workout routine. I did those 
last year just to get use to doing workouts.

This week I will be doing 3 main workouts 
on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. 
On Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday I will 
be doing a 10min workout. Sunday's are 
my resting days. Keep in mind that each 
day I do a warm up exercise and I have a 
target of steps I complete.

The first thing I do on Mondays are, I 
weigh myself and then take measurements. 
I take measurements of my upper legs, 
stomach, middle, bust and upper arms, I 
have a little book were I keep track ofeverything.

Next week I will be doing a blog post about my warm 
up routines.

Monday
Day 1

2min Warm up

15 Squats
15 Side lunges
10 Crunchies
10 Leg raises
15 Tricep dips
10 Raised leg bridges (left side)

15 Squats
15 Side lunges
10 Crunchies
10 Leg raises
15 Tricep dips
10 Raised leg bridges (right side)

4000 Steps

Tuesday
Day 2

2min Warm up

10 Jumping jacks
10 Squats
10 Lunges
10 Bird dogs

10 Jumping jacks
10 Squats
10 Lunges
10 Bird dogs

4000 Steps

Wednesday
Day 3

2min Warm up

10 Jumping squats
15 Side lunges
10 Leg raises
10 Sit ups
10 Raised leg bridges (left side)
10 Butt kicks

10 Jumping squats
15 Side lunges
10 Leg raises
10 Sit ups
10 Raised leg bridges (right side)
15 Butt kicks

4000 Steps

Thursday
Day 4

2min Warm up

10 Jumping jacks
10 Squats
10 Lunges
10 Bird dogs

10 Jumping jacks
10 Squats
10 Lunges
10 Bird dogs

4000 Steps

Friday
Day 5

15 Squats
10 Butt kicks
10 Sit ups
15 Tricep dips
15 Side lunges
10 Leg raises

15 Squats
10 Butt kicks
10 Sit ups
15 Tricep dips
15 Side lunges
10 Leg raises

4000 Steps

Saturday
Day 6

10 Heel touches
15 Jumping jacks
10 Lunges
10 Bird dogs (left side)

10 Heel touches
15 Jumping jacks
10 Lunges
10 Bird dogs (right side)

4000 Steps

Sunday
Day 7
