2min warmup exercise

Today I will be sharing my 2min
warmup routines with you.

Before each workout I do the warmup. I
will also do them when I am not doing a
workout. They are really quick and easy to do.

It is really important to do a warmup before
doing your workout . You're warmup will help
prepare your body, it loosens your joints and
increases your blood flow to your muscles, it
helps to stretch your muscles for physical
activity and prevents injuries.

There are 5 different warmups.

Warmup 1
Do each exercise for 10sec

• hop on one spot
• alt back expansions
• hop on one spot
• side to side hops single leg
• double chest expansions
• side to side hops single leg
• hop on one spot
• arm circles (wide)
• hip rotations
• side to side hops single leg
• arm circles
• torso rotations

Warmup 2
Do each exercise for 20sec

• knee to elbow Crunchies
• flutter kicks
• scissors
• hundreds
• reverse Crunchies
• sitting twists

Warmup 3
Do each exercise for 20sec

• half Jack's
• arm rotation
• half Jack's
• chest expansions
• half Jack's
• torso rotations

Warmup 4
Do each exercise for 10sec

• neck rotations
• hip rotations
• side arm rises
• arm rotations
• mid back turns
• hop on one spot
• side leg hip rotation
• side to side single leg hops
• hip rotations
• mid back turns
• side to side single leg hops
• double chest expansions

Warmup 5
Do each exercise for 20sec 

• shoulder stretch
• hip rotations 
• side arm rises 
• half jacks 
• torso rotations 
• shoulder rotations
