Beginner workout week 6

This is our last week of the beginner workout routine. I can't 
believe it has been 6 weeks.In this week we will be doing our 
last 6 workouts of this routine.

Remember you can do your 4500 steps or 10-15 min walk 
it is your choice.

10 Tricep dips

10 Lunges
15 Bird dogs
10 Mountain climber
  8 Crunchies
10 Tricep dips

10 Tricep dips

2min One place jog
35sec Plank
35sec Wall sit

Day 3

15 Jumping jacks
10 Calf raises
10 Mountain climber
  8 Sit ups
10 Tricep dips

40sec Plank
40 Wall sit
