Beef&Cabbage Stir Fry

Hey guys.

Welcome back to my blog.

This is an easy recipe for beef and 
cabbage stir fry. This recipe has 
endless possibilities for customization.

In our household this is one of
the dinners we make the most .
I will be sharing different recipes
on my blog for you to try out at
home they are all very easy to make.

Stir fry sauce

2 Tbs Soya sauce
1 Ts Honey
1/4-1/2cup Lemon juice

Stir fry

2 Onions
2 Bell peppers
2cups Sliced carrots
1cup Sliced mushrooms
1 half of a cabbage
900g-1kg stir fry meat
1cup corn


Pinch of salt and pepper
2 Garlic cloves (Chopped)
1t Paprica
1/2t Ginger


1. Prepare the stir fry sauce
first. In a small bowl stir the soya
sauce, honey and lemon juice
together. Set it aside until you
need it.

2. Rinse all of the vegetables,
so that they are ready to go
when needed.

3. Cut the cabbage in half, cut
the core out, finely cut the
cabbage. It is about 4-6 cups when
it is finely chopped (save the other
half of the cabbage for another
recipe). Peel 2-4 carrots use a
cheese grater to shred them, it is
about 2 cups. Peel and cut 2 onions
into slices. Cut about 250g mushrooms
into slices. Cut and remove the seeds
from the bell peppers cut the bell
peppers into slices. Chop up the garlic
cloves. Set everything aside.

4. I first started frying all of the
vegetables separately. When they
all are cooked I set them all aside.
I also added 1 cup of corn.

5. Fry the meat in a pan with some
oil. When the meat is almost done,
you can add the premixed sauce and 
spice. Stir it all together and add all
of the vegetables and mix everything

6. Enjoy.....

Here is a tip. 

I placed the cabbage at the
bottom of the plat I then added
everything ontop of the cabbage.
