Beginner workout week 1

Hey,Guys 

Welcome back to my blog. 













Part of my journey is to become more fit. I will be sharing
 my weekly workout routine with you, I really hope you enjoy them. 

For my first 4-6 weeks I will be doing beginner workouts. 
Every Monday I will be uploading my weekly workout routine.


I have put together the following workouts: 

Week 1 
Day 1

2-min Warm up 

10 Jumping jacks 

10 Squats
10 Bird dogs (left side)
10 Hip raises 
10 Crunches 

10 Jumping jacks 

10 Squats
10 Bird dogs (right side)
10 Hip raises 
10 Crunches 

  2-min  Jogging in one place 

30-sec  Wall sit 
30-sec  Plank 
4000    Steps 















Day 2 

2-min Warm up 


10 Jumping jacks 
10 Lunges (left side)
10 Tricep dips 
  5 Sit ups 
  5 Squats 

10 Jumping jacks 
10 Lunges (right side)
10 Tricep dips 
  5 Sit ups 
  5 Squats 

  2-min   High knees 
30-sec   Wall sit 
30-sec   Plank 
4000      Steps















Day 3 

2-min Warm up 

15 Jumping jacks 
10 Squats
10 Leg raises 
10 Hip raises 
10 Mountain climber  

15 Jumping jacks 

10 Squats
10 Leg raises 
10 Hip raises 
10 Mountain climber  

  2-min  Jogging in one place 
35-sec  Wall sit 
35-sec  Plank 
4000    Steps 


















Day 4 

2-min Warm up 


10 Jumping jacks 

10 Lunges (left side)
10 Bird dog (left side)
  5 Sit ups 
10 Tricep dips 

10 Jumping jacks 

10 Lunges (right side)
