Beginner workout week 2

Hey guys.

Welcome back to my blog.









This week I will be doing week 2/6 of the
beginner workout routine 

Last week I did my first week of working out
I did 6 days out of the 7, the 7th day I took
a resting day. I did this so that I can get
use to doing workouts. 

This week I have planned the same as last week.
There are a few things that I have changed.
These workouts are a bit different, I have
added a few new workout moves,
just to change things up a bit. 

These workouts are about 10-15 min long they
are quick and easy to do. You can also just
do 2-4 workouts per week if you really want to. 

Week 2 
 Day 1 

10 Jumping Jack's 
10 Squats 
10 Bird dog (Left side)
10 Calf raises 
10 Hip raises 

10 Jumping Jack's 
10 Squats 
10 Bird dog (right side) 
10 Calf raises 
10 Hip raises

1min   High knees 
40sec Plank 
40sec Wall sit 
4500  Steps 














Day 2 

10 Jumping Squats 
10 Arm circles 
10 Tricep dips 
 5  Sit ups 
10 Jumping Jack's 

10 Jumping Squats 
10 Arm circles 
10 Tricep dips 
 5  Sit ups 
10 Jumping Jack's 

2min. One place jog 
40sec Plank 
40sec Wall sit 
4500  Steps 














Day 3 

10 Squats 
10 Hip raises 
  5 Sit ups 
10 Butt kicks 
10 Calf raises 

10 Squats 
10 Hip raises 
  5 Sit ups 
10 Butt kicks 
10 Calf raises 

1min   High knees 
45sec Wall sit
45sec Plank 
4500  Steps













Day 4 

10 Jumping Squats 
10 Bird dog (left side ) 
  5 Sit ups 
10 Tricep dips 
10 Arm circles 

10 Jumping Squats 
10 Bird dog (right side ) 
  5 Sit ups 
10 Tricep dips 
10 Arm circles 

2min   One place jog 
45sec Plank 
45sec Wall sit 
4500  Steps













Day 5 

15 Jumping Jack's 
10 Squats
10 But kicks 
10 Calf raises
10 Bird dog ( left side ) 

15 Jumping Jack's 
10 Squats
10 But kicks 
10 Calf raises
10 Bird dog ( right side ) 

1min   High knees 
45sec Plank
45sec Wall sit
4500  Steps 













Day 6 

10 Hip raises 
10 Jumping Jack's 
10 Tricep dips 
10 Arm circles 
  5 Sit ups 

10 Hip raises 
10 Jumping Jack's 
10 Tricep dips 
10 Arm circles 
  5 Sit ups 

2min  One place jog 
40sec Plank 
40sec Wall sit 
4500  Steps

Rest
