Beginner workout week 3

Hey Guys

Welcome back to my blog









Here is a recap of last week. It was a hectic week. 
I managed to do 4 of the workouts that I had planned 
for the week. I am still proud of myself, I did almost all 
of my workouts.

This is week 3/6, in this weeks routine I planned a total 
of 6 workouts. You will see in this weeks routine, I have 
removed the steps and added a 10-15 min walk in some 
of the workouts, just to add something new. If you want 
to you can still do the 4000/4500 steps a day, it"s all up 
to you.

These workout are about 10-15min long. They are quick
and easy to do. You can do then anytime of the day. 

Before each workout I do a 2min warmup exercise. 

Week 3
Day 1

15 Jumping jacks
15 Bird dogs
10 Leg raises
10 Arm circles
 7 Sit ups

15 Jumping jacks
15 Bird dogs
10 Leg raises
10 Arm circles
 7 Sit ups

2min One place jog
45sec Wall sit
45sec Plank
10min Walk













Day 2

20 Jumping jacks
10 Squats
10 Calf raises
15 Hip raises
 7 Sit ups

20 Jumping jacks
10 Squats
10 Calf raises
15 Hip raises
 7 Sit ups

2min One place jog
45sec Wall sit
45sec Plank
15min Walk













Day 3

10 Squats
15 Bird dogs
10 Butt kicks
15 Arm circles
10 Hip raises

Beginner workout week 2

This week I will be doing week 2/6 of the
beginner workout routine 

Last week I did my first week of working out
I did 6 days out of the 7, the 7th day I took
a resting day. I did this so that I can get
use to doing workouts. 

This week I have planned the same as last week.
There are a few things that I have changed.
These workouts are a bit different, I have
added a few new workout moves,
just to change things up a bit. 

These workouts are about 10-15 min long they
are quick and easy to do. You can also just
do 2-4 workouts per week if you really want to. 

Week 2 
 Day 1 

10 Jumping Jack's 
10 Squats 
10 Bird dog (Left side)
10 Calf raises 
10 Hip raises 

10 Jumping Jack's

10 Bird dog (right side)

Part of my journey is to become more fit. I will be sharing
 my weekly workout routine with you, I really hope you enjoy them. 

For my first 4-6 weeks I will be doing beginner workouts. 
Every Monday I will be uploading my weekly workout routine.
